This interactive seminar will focus on "how to" and "how not to" diagnose various symptoms related to borderline personality disorder and understanding the complexity of its treatment.
Each presenter will illustrate a number of case vignettes that highlight a variety of behaviours linked to borderline personality disorder and specific points in its management.
Learning Outcomes include:
- Identifying the potential risk factors and symptoms attributed to borderline personality disorder.
- Differentiate thementods of managing patients with borderline personality disorders
- Understand the importance of psychological therapies, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
This is a RACGP CPD two hours accredited activity: one hour educated and one hour review.
