Testimonials

Charlie - Graduate Nurse

Delmont’s nurse grad program gave me the opportunity to experience a wide range of mental health areas including inpatient wards, day program and community outreach.
I felt well supported throughout the year by all staff and developed both my clinical skills and confidence. I’d recommend the grad program to anyone interested in pursuing mental health nursing.

Affy - Graduate Nurse

I did my grad year at Delmont in 2020 at start of COVID 19, and despite all the challenges that came with it, each one of my preceptors still managed to make time for my learning.
I can’t speak highly enough about the support and commitment that all the nurses at Delmont have.
I enjoyed my grad year so much that I am now a clinical nurse specialist and help support nursing students and graduate nurses the way my preceptors supported me.
