Each year on 12 May, the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth, we take a moment to celebrate International Nurses Day - and more importantly, to say thank you to the increadible mental health nurses who are the heart of Delmont.

This year's theme, set by the Internation Council of Nurses is: "Our Nurses. Our Future.  Caring for nurses strengthens economies."  It is a resonant reminder of the vital role nurses play not just in healthcare, but in supporting the wellbeing of enire communitieis and economies around the world.

At Delmont, we are proud of our mental health nurses.  Whether it is through their quiet suppport, active listening, or skilled clinical care, they a make a meaningful difference in people's lives - without judgement and with unwavering kindness.  Through their dedication, warmth and professionalism, our nurses shape the patient experience and make Delmont the special place it is.
