We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Consulting Suite Team in a Part-time capacity (3 days per week) with potential for full time position.
You must be a team player with a high level of customer service skills and a positive attitude! The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, be highly motivated, and display a high level of attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
- Receptionist/Administration duties.
- Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Patient billing, receipting, and banking.
- Booking patient appointments.
Skills and Experience:
- Flexibility in working hours
- Medical reception/admin experience preferred.
- Multitasking required in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently required.
- Medicare, Blue Chip and private health insurance claims experience advantageous, but not essential
- Competent level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience working in mental health environment advantageous.
Renumeration:
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and as per the relevant Delmont EA.

Requirements:
- All Delmont Hospital Employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 x vaccination / 1 booster) and Influenza with a TGA approved vaccine and must provide evidence of their vaccination status. This is in accordance with the legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
