Stress Management Skills

These groups offer skills and strategies to help people deal more effectively with stress. This is achieved by identifying specific stressors and taking positive action to minimise negative effects on physical and emotional wellbeing. The aim is for people to improve self-awareness, communication and foster health relationships.
