This seminar course (once a week for 3 weeks) is focused on addressing symptoms of addictions and ways to manage it for family and friends.
Each individual session will focus on the family as a unit and how the change can affect the entire system.
- Learn about the addictive behviours.
- Learn about the underlining issues that contribute to difficulties within the family system.
- Learn current data on effective treatments for addiction and mood disorders.
- Looking at the ways family can help or hinder change.
