Customer Satisfaction is a priority at Delmont Private Hospital
Your comment and feedback are important to us. It assists us to measure patients' level of satisfaction with our services and care provided, helps to plan future services and facilities as well as providing feedback to our staff.
If you have a complaint about the care or services provided, we encourage you to raise this immediately. Complaints can be raised with your ontact nurse, nursing unit manager or the hospital complaints officer.
All complaints will be dealt with in a strictly confidential manner, as soon as practicable. Responses will be relayed back to you either verbally or in writing.
A form is available for patients to make a complaint, give a compliment or provide an improvement suggestion.
